الملخص

ملخص يلعب الإعلام دوراً هاماً على مستوى العالم بأسره فقد تدخل في ثقافة الشعوب، ومن خلال وسائله المتعددة بين مقروءة ومسموعة ومرئية باتت الحدود بين الدول تكاد تكون منعدمة فأصبح العالم كله وكأنه وحدة واحدة بلا حدود لاسيما بعد أن انتشرت القنوات الفضائية التي تبث عبر الأقمار الصناعية، وبعد الطفرة الهائلة في التقدم العلمي والتكنولوجي حيث شبكة الانترنت تلك الشبكة التي كانت سبباً في ظهور ما يعرف ببرامج التواصل الاجتماعي، لقد باتت الأخبار والمعلومات والمعارف متاحة ،ولكن نجد أن الكثير من الوسائل الإعلامية على اختلاف أنواعها تستغل استغلالاً غير صحيح وبطرق تؤدى أحياناً إلى انحراف الفرد وإجرامه فما يبث من أعمال وبرامج وموضوعات من خلال الإعلام عبر وسائله المختلفة ترك آثاره السلبية على أفراد المجتمع بصفة خاصة، والمجتمع الإنساني بصفة عامة حتى صار ظاهرة مجتمعية خطيرة يجب الحد منها. وضمن قاعدة دفع المفاسد مقدم على جلب المصالح توجب علينا جميعا بدءاً من الأسرة، والمدارس بل والمساجد والكنائس وجميع وحدات المجتمع أن نتكاتف لمجابهة، ومواجهة هذه الحملة التي تروج للفساد والرذيلة، ومن هنا يأتي دور الشريعة والقانون لما يمتلكا من سلطة مؤثرة على المجتمع فكان واجباَ أن تتدخل وذلك للحد من اشاعة الفساد والجريمة بين الناس وقد تضمنت النصوص الشرعية العديد من الأحكام المفصلة في هذا الشأن، كما تدخل المشرع العماني بالعديد من القوانين للتصدي لتلك المشكلة، والحد من تلك الآثار المدمرة للفرد والمجتمع. وهو ما سيتم بحثه في ضوء هذا البحث. الكلمات الافتتاحية وسائل الإعلام؛ السلوك الإجرامي؛ الدافع، الصحافة؛ الانترنت؛ الإعلام، الدافع Abstract The media plays an important role worldwide, as it has interfered with the culture of peoples, and through its multiple means reading, audio and video, the borders between countries are almost do not exist anymore. Consequently, the whole world has become like one unit without borders, especially after the satellite channels broadcast via satellite have spread, and after The tremendous surge in scientific and technological progress, where the Internet is the network that was the cause of the emergence of what is known as social networking programs; news, information and knowledge have become available. But we find that many media outlets of various kinds are being exploited incorrectly and in ways that sometimes lead to the deviation and encourage criminal conducts of the individual, so what is transmitted from works, programs and topics through the media through its various means has left its negative effects on members of society in particular and the community in general until it has become a serious societal phenomenon that must be reduced. And within the rule of paying spoilers to bring interests, we all have to start from the family, schools, even mosques, churches and all entities of society to join hands to combat and confront this phenomenon that encourage criminal behavior. The paper suggests that the Sharia and the law, because they possess an effective authority over society, has the duty to intervene in order to reduce the spread of corruption and crime among the people. The legal texts addressed this issue, and the Omani legislator as an example interfered with many laws to address this problem and reduce its negative aspects. key words: The media; criminal behavior; motivation, the press; the Internet; media;
