رسالة في العتاب بخصوص مسائل فقهيّة تأليف: مصطفى الرماصي(ت1136هـ)

الملخص
الحمدُ لله ربّ العالمين، والصّلاةُ والسّلامُ على أشرف المرسلين، وعلى آله وصحبه ومن اهتدى بهديهِ إلى يوم الدّين، وبعدُ؛ يهدفُ هذا البَحث إلى إخراجِ رسالة فقيهٍ من فقهاء المالكيّة الجزائريين أثناء الوجود العثماني، ذلكم هو الفقيه العلاّمة مصطفى الرماصي المعسكري، أرسل بتلك الرّسالة معاتباً فيها أحمد بن عامر بخصُوص مسائل فقهيّة. وقد قسّمتُ البحثَ إلى مقدّمةٍ وقسمين أحدهما للدّراسة، والآخر للنصّ المحقق، وخاتمةٍ، وقسّمتُ القسم الدّراسي إلى مَبحثين أولهما خاصٌّ بدراسة السّيرتين الذاتية والعلميّة لمصطفى الرماصي، والمبحثُ الثاني خَصصتهُ لدراسَة الرّسالة، ووصف نسختها الخطيّة. وذكرتُ في الخاتمة أهم النَّتائج الّتي توصل إليها البحث. الملخص باللّغة الإنجليزيّة Summary of the research Praise be to Allah, may his peace and blessings be upon the noblest of his messengers, Mohamed and his family and his companions, and upon al those who followed his guidance till the judgment day, then: This research aims at revealing a letter of one of the Algerian Maliki scholars during the Ottoman presence in the country. This scholar is “Mustapha Arimassi Elmoaskari”, the one who sent that letter to blame “Ahmed Ibn Amir “about some jurisprudence ( Fikh) issues. I have divided the research into an introduction and two sections, one for the study and the other one for the released text, in addition to the conclusion. The section of the study has been divided into two chapters. The first one is devoted to study the biography and the scientific career of the scholar “Mustapha Arimassi Elmoaskari”.The second chapter seeks to analyse, study the letter, and describe its written copy.To conclude, I have mentioned the most important results that have been found in this research.
