مراجعة القوائم الانتخابية في التشريعين الجزائري و المغربي

الملخص

تعتبر مرحلة إعداد القوائم الانتخابية و مراجعتها مرحلة تمهيدية هامة من مراحل العملية الانتخابية،لارتباط التسجيل بالقوائم الانتخابية بممارسة حقي التصويت والترشح و دليل على توفر الشروط الموضوعية لاكتساب صفة الناخب، و من ثم يقع على المشرع إحاطة هذه المرحلة بجملة من الضمانات التي تكفل سلامة إعداد هاته القوائم، بدءا من تشكيلة اللجان المختصة بالمراجعة و الصلاحيات الممنوحة لها، و مرورا بتمكين المواطنين من التظلم و الاعتراض على نتائج المراجعة و الطعن القضائي فيها. The preparation and revision of the electoral rolls is considered as a significant initial phase in the process of election.Due to the fact that registering in the Electoral rolls is related to the two rights of candidacy and voting, and a proof of the availability of the objective qualifications to acquire the status of a voter. then,it is up to the legislator to provide such phase with a set of guarantees which ensure the safety of preparing these Rolls;starting from an assortment of commissions specialised in revising, and in their granted powers; passing by enabling the citizens to complain and object on the results of the revision and appeal judicially.
