الملخص
The evolution of the Algerian economy has been going through several phases, which the transition to the economy of market was considered as the most important phase during the nineties that helped the emergence of local, private, and foreign sectors. Nonetheless, due to its lack of experience and the economic and legal instability, the state intervention through the financial aid, is settled to maintain the sustainability. This research aims to demonstrate the different modes of public financial aid for small and medium enterprises after the nineties, and the evaluation of state policy in this direction.
