Prix Du Pétrole Et Activité Bancaire: Quelle Relation ?

Résumé
Exports of oil are the main source of foreign exchange for Algeria, that is why the fall of its price in 2014 is not without consequences on the national economy. This paper looks at the consequences of this crisis on the banking sector which is an indispensable intermediary in the realization of foreign trade operations. Thus, by relying on macroeconomic and specific statistics to the banks studied, we deduced that the impact of the crisis did not begin to be felt by the banks until two years later and that it particularly concerned the foreign trade activity.
