الضريبة كأداة لمكافحة التلوث البيئي في الجزائر

الملخص
الملخص: في مواجهة تدهور البيئة وتفاقم مشاكل التلوث، سعت الجزائر إلى مراجعة تشريعاتها، منها النظام الضريبي، الذي يجب أن يلعب دورًا مهمًا في وضع حد لهذه الظاهرة، التي لها آثار سلبية على البيئة. هذا يقودنا إلى التساؤل عما إذا كان المشرع الجزائري قد نجح في استخدام الضرائب لتعزيز الحماية القانونية للبيئة؟ Résumé : Face à la détérioration de l’environnement et l’aggravation des problèmes de pollution, l’Algérie a cherché à revoir sa législation. Ainsi en est-il du mécanisme de la fiscalité, lequel doit jouer un rôle important pour mettre fin à ce phénomène produisant des effets néfastes sur l’environnement.. Ceci nous emmène à se demander si le législateur algérien a-t-il réussi a utilisé la fiscalité pour promouvoir la protection juridique de l’environnement? Abstract: Faced with the deterioration of the environment and the worsening of pollution problems, Algeria has sought to review its legislation. This is the case with the tax system, which must play an important role in putting an end to this phenomenon, which has negative effects on the environment. This leads us to wonder whether the Algerian legislator has succeeded in using taxation to promote the legal protection of the environment.
