دور الأنترنت في التعريف بعلماء الجزائر: سيدي الهواري نموذجا.

الملخص
This study dealt with a scientific attempt about the noble scholar and the honorable successor Muhammad bin Omar al-Hawari on the Internet. The study was limited to survey the digital content that deals with Sheikh Al-Hawari Al-Wahrani, as a scientist, Sheikh and a noble successor of the scholars and elders of Algeria. To achieve its objectives, this study used the analytical descriptive and survey methods in the collection of sites dealing with the figure of the scholar on the Internet. The study reached a series of results, the most important of which is the semi absence of digital content about the figure of the scholar, Sheikh Al-Hawari Al-Wahrani, particularly in academic research sites, whereas the daily newspapers websites, forums and other non-Algerian websites showed tackled him. The study put forward a number of recommendations, namely, supporting and motivating the concerned authorities in Algeria to produce the Algerian digital content around sheikhs, scholars and successors as a step towards proving their presence on the internet. تناولت هاته الدراسة محاولة علمية متواضعة حول العالم الجليل والولي الصالح محمد بن عمر الهواري على شبكة الأنترنت، حيث اقتصرت الدراسة على مسح للمحتوى الرقمي الذي يتناول الشيخ الهواري الوهراني، باعتباره عالما وشيخا ووليا من علماء وشيوخ الجزائر، ولتحقيق اهداف هاته الدراسة استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والمسحي في حصر المواقع التي تتناول شخصية العالم الجليل والولي الصالح محمد بن عمر الهواري على الانترنت، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أهمها شبه غياب للمحتوى الرقمي حول شخصية العالم الشيخ الهواري الوهراني على الخصوص في المواقع الأكاديمية البحثية، في حين إهتمت به مواقع الصحف اليومية والمنتديات ومواقع غير جزائرية، وطرح البحث مجموعة من التوصيات اهمها تدعيم وتحفيز الجهات المعنية في الجزائر على دعم صناعة المحتوى الرقمي الجزائري حول المشايخ والعلماء والأولياء، وذلك كخطوة نحو إثبات حضور المشايخ والأولياء الجزائريين على شبكة الانترنت.
