التقييد في آية الدين من سورة البقرة

الملخص
إنّ القرآن الكريم هو المعجزة التي بعث بها النبي – صلى الله عليه وسلم- ،فأبهر العرب في أكثر شيء برعوا فيه، وهو اللغة والبيان، فكان معجزة في نظمه كما قال عبد القاهر الجرجاني، فلا يرد اللفظ منه إلا لدلالة لا تصلح لغيره، ولا يؤدي التركيب دلالته المرجوّة إلا بالترتيب الذي اختاره الله له. ولأنّ القرآن هو الدستور الذي نظّم الحياة في العبادات والمعاملات جميعا جاءت آياته مطلقة حينا ومقيّدة حينا آخر، وذلك حسب ما يمليه السياق العام للآية، وتقتضيه الأحكام الشرعية، وتوجبه مصلحة المؤمن. ولعلّ من الأمور التي شغلت المؤمن وما زالت تشغله وتسبب النزاعات ما تعلّق بالمعاملات المالية بين الناس خاصة إذا تعلّق الأمر بالدين.، ولهذا نجد الله سبحانه وتعالى يقيّد شروط التعامل بالدين في الآية (282) من سورة البقرة، وذلك لحفظ الحقوق ودرء الخصومات ، وقد كان هذا التقييد باستخدام مجموعة من الوسائل اللغوية هي: التوابع، الشرط، النواسخ، النفي، الحال. Abstract The Sacred Koran is the miracle that the Prophet is send with, And because it’s the legislation that organised the life in all prayers and Relationships, its verses sometimes absolute and in other times they are restricted, according to the general context of the verse and the islamic law and to what the interest of the believer needs. Among maters occupy the believer until now and cause ligations are those concerning financial relations between people, especially, the debt, the glorified and exalted be he, restricts the conditions of debt in the verse (282) of SURAT AL-BAKARA, to preserve rights and prevent disputes ,this restriction was by using some of lunguage Tools : subordination, condition, coordination, negation, manner. Résumé Le sacré Coran est le miracle par lequel est envoyé le prophét,Et puisque il est la législation qui a organisé la vie, ses versets sont tantôt absolus et tantôt restreins, selon les lois islamiques et l’intérét du croyant. Parmi les choses qui ont préoccupé le croyant et le préoccupe encore et lui cause des litiges, sont ceux qui concerne les relations financiére entre les gens, notamment si ça concerne la dette, poue ce la on trouve que Dieu restreint les condition de traiter avec la dette dans le verset (282) de SOURAT AL-BAKARA, pour préserver les droits et éviter les conflits, et cette restriction est exprimée en utilisant plusieurs moyens linguistiques.
