ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على موقف القانون الدولي من اعتراف الولايات المتحدة بالقدس عاصمة للكيان الإسرائيلي، حيث أنه بتاريخ في 06 ديسمبر 2017 أعلن الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب باعترافه بالقدس عاصمة لإسرائيل في سابقة خطيرة في تاريخ القانون الدولي والعلاقات الدولية، فالولايات المتحدة نصبت نفسها بديلاً عن منظمة الأمم المتحدة والمجتمع الدولي وضربت بعرض الحائط قرارات الشرعية الدولية بانحيازها للكيان الصهيوني بإقرارها القدس عاصمة له، وهو ما دفعنا على تسليط الضوء على هذا الاعتراف ووضعه تحت المجهر أمام أحكام القانون الدولي لكشف تكييفه وآثاره القانونية المترتبة عليه وأخيراً كيفية التصدي الدولي لهذا القرار. :Abstract This study aims to discuss the position of the international law against the recognition of Jerusalem as Israel’s capital by the United States of America. In fact, on 6 December 2017, US President Donald Trump announced the recognition of Jerusalem as the capital of Israel. This proclamation can be qualified as a dangerous precedent in the history of international law and international relations. Indeed, the United States established itself as an alternative to the United nations and the international community by recognizing Jerusalem as Israel’s capital. By this declaration, the United States thrown out the resolutions of international legitimacy by its bias toward the Zionist entity, which led us to highlight this recognition against the provisions of international law to detect its adaptation and effects and finally how to address an international response to this resolution.
