الآليات المستدامة لتسيير النفايات في الجزائر

الملخص
ملخص: أصبحت الدول اليوم ملزمة بتسيير نفاياتها، قصد جمعها وفرزها ثم تثمينها أو رسكلتها، حماية للبيئة وتحقيقا للتنمية المستدامة، وباعتبار أن طرق تسيير النفايات متعددة ومتنوعة فإن هذه الدراسة تستهدف الوقوف على الطرق المستدامة منها، من خلال التساؤل عن ماهية الآليات المستدامة الواجب اتباعها لتسيير النفايات، والكفيلة بحماية البيئة وبتحقيق التنمية المستدامة في جميع النواحي، وعن مدى نجاح الجزائر في تجسيدها على أرض الواقع، ولأجل ذلك تم تقسيم البحث إلى محورين، تناول الأول الإطار المفاهيمي لتسيير النفايات وتناول الثاني العمليات المتعلقة بتسيير النفايات. Résumé Les pays se retrouvent désormais dans l'obligation d'assurer la gestion de leurs déchets, en vue de leur collecte, tri puis valorisation ou recyclage, pour protéger l'environnement et atteindre le développement durable, et puisque les méthodes de gestion des déchets sont diverses et multiples, cette étude vise à lever le voile sur celles qui seraient durables, par le questionnement concernant les mécanismes durables qui doivent être mis-en-œuvre pour la gestion des déchets, et qui seraient en mesure de protéger l'environnement et de réaliser le développement durable dans tous ses aspects, il sera également question de savoir à quel point l'Algérie a réussi à concrétiser ses méthodes sur le terrain, Et à cet effet ; la recherche a été divisée en deux axes, le premier axe s'intéresse au cadre conceptuel de la gestion des déchets et le deuxième s'intéresse aux opérations relatives à la gestion des déchets. Abstract: Countries are now in the obligation to ensure the management of their waste, in order to collect, sort and then recover or recycle the waste, to protect the environment and to achieve sustainable development, and since the methods of waste management are diverse and multiple, this study aims to reveal those which would be sustainable, by wondering what is the nature of the sustainable mechanisms which must be put-in-work for waste management, and which of them would be able to protect the environment and to achieve sustainable development in all its aspects, it is also about to know to what extent did Algeria succeed in implementing these methods on the ground, And to this effect; the research was divided into two focuses, the first one is concerned with the conceptual framework of waste management and the second one is concerned with the operations relating to waste management.
