طرد الدولة من عضوية المنظمة الدولية

الملخص
تطرد المنظمة الدولية أحد أعضائها من الدول حين تُخالف واجبات العضوية، عمداً وإصراراً، ويتم ذلك الجزاء الدولي في صورة تصرف إرادي وانفرادي من المنظمة ووفق ضوابط محددة؛ غير أن استبعاد دولة من العضوية ليس بسطحية ظاهر هذا القول؛ ففي النصوص لا نجد نموذجاً موحداً في دساتير المنظمات الدولية بهذا الشأن، وفي التطبيق تتوجس المنظمات خوفاً من اللجوء لهذا الجزاء القاسي بالنظر إلى آثاره على الطرفين وعلى عناصر العلاقة بينهما، وحتى على ظاهرة التنظيم الدولي، ما يبرر خضوع جزاء الطرد إلى السلطة التقديرية للمنظمة إعمالا وامتناعاً. The international organization shall expel one of its members from states when it violates the duties of membership, deliberately and insistently, this international penalty shall be carried out in the from of voluntary and unilateral action by the organization according to specific regulation; but the expulsion of a state from membership is not as superficial as apparent; in this regard, we find no unified example in the constitution's of international organization in the texts, and in the applications organizations are afraid of resorting to this cruel punishment by regarding to the effects on both parties and the elements of the relationship between them, and even on the phenomenon of international organization, which shows the imposition of the penalty of expulsion to the discretionary authority of the organization.
