أهداف المجلة "قراءات Kiraat “مجلة أكاديمية علميّة محكّمة” ـ يشرف عليها فريق من الأساتذة والأكاديميين من جامعات وطنية ودولية. وهي دورية سداسية تصدرها كلية الآداب واللغات بجامعة مصطفى اسطمبولي ،معسكر – الجزائــــر، تُعنى بالدراسات النقدية والأدبية واللغوية باللغات: العربية والإنجليزية والفرنسية، تأسست عام 2008 ، من أهدافها: ــــ أن تتوصل "مجلة قراءات" إلى الريادة العالمية و التميز في نشر البحوث والدراسات النقدية والأدبية ذات الجودة العالية . ــــ أن تتمكن من نشر بحوث مميزة بصرامتها العلمية والمنهجية وإنتاج المعرفة التي تخدم المجتمع والبحث العلمي ، و دعم الإبداع الفكري والتوظيف الأمثل للتقنية والشراكة المحلية والعالمية الفاعلة. ـــــ نشر الدراسات و الأبحاث النقدية والأدبية العلمية ذات الابتداع والنوعية. - تشجيع الباحثين خصوصا طلبة الدكتوراه على نشر أبحاثهم العلمية وتدريبهم على الكتابة البحثية الصارمة وتعزيز قدراتهم. - خلق مجالات للتعاون العلمي والبحثي مع الجامعات الوطنية والمنظمات و الهيئات الوطنية و الدولية في مجال البحث العلمي ، – تعميم المعرفة العلمية بأنواعها و الاستفادة منها في تنمية المجتمعات، والبحث العلمي الصارم. ـــــــ ‌-تأصيل النظرية النقدية والأدبية واللغوية العربية المعاصرة، وتأكيد ما ينبغي أن تتصف به من الموضوعية، والبعد عن القوالب النقدية الجاهزة. ــــــــ تحقيق مبدأ الجودة والتميز من خلال احترام وتطبيق معايير علمية ومنهجية رفيعة المستوى. Objectifs de la revue « Kiraat » revue académique indexée, supervisée par une équipe d’enseignants et chercheurs de diverses universités ; nationales et internationales. Une revue périodique annuelle éditée par la Faculté des lettres et des langues à l’université Mustapha Stambouli de Mascara – Algérie-. Une revue qui s’intéresse aux études critiques littéraires et linguistiques dans les langues : Arabe, Français et Anglais. Elle a pour objectif : - Viser l’excellence sur le plan international en se distinguant par la publication de recherches et de critiques littéraires de haute qualité. - Publier des recherches qui se caractérisent par une rigueur scientifique et méthodologique ainsi que la production du savoir qui sera mis à la disposition de la société et de la recherche scientifique - Renforcer la créativité intellectuelle et l’utilisation rationnelle des moyens techniques et technologiques - Publier des études et des recherches originales. - Encourager les chercheurs, notamment les doctorants, à publier leurs études et recherches et renforcer leurs compétences. - Créer des espaces de coopération scientifique avec les universités nationales, les organisations et organismes nationaux et internationaux œuvrant dans le domaine de la recherche scientifique. - Généraliser l’accès à l’information et au savoir pour le développement des sociétés. - Instaurer le principe de la qualité à travers le respect rigoureux des critères scientifiques et méthodologiques de haut niveau. Objectives of the revue « Kiraat » is an indexed academic revue supervised by a group of professors and academicians from national and international universities. It is published by the faculty of letters and languages at the University of Mascara – Algeria. It is mainly concerned with critical, literary and linguistic studies in Arabic, English and French. The revue was founded in 2008. Its main aims are: - The revue of “Kirrat” aspires at attending the universal leadership and excellence in publishing critical and literary studies and researches. - Publishing insightful studies and producing knowledge that serves society and scientific research as well as supporting intellectual creativity which is an elementary factor for local and universal partnership. - Publishing insightful critical and literary studies and researches. - Encouraging researchers, especially Phd students, to publish their scientific studies and familiarizing them with severe academic writing. - Creating spaces for scientific partnership with national and international universities, institutes, laboratories, and organizations. - Generalizing knowledge with all its aspects, and investing it in social development. - Promoting contemporary Arabic critical, linguistic and literary theory on the basis of objectivity norms and criteria. - Realizing quality and excellence principle through respecting and applying scientific and methodological norms.
