The Role Of The Physical Educational Sport Activity In Thedevelopment Of The Elite Sport.

Abstract
Our study is summarized on the clarification of the role of the educational and physical sport activity in the development of the sport of the high level and the elite through the discovery of the youth talents from one side and direct them to the right specialization that consistent with this talent from the other side. This would reflex positively on the supplying of the sport teams that activated on the high level and which is considered the principle supply of the sport of the elite. To study this problem, we have chosen a sample consisted of 40 teachers of physical education and sports who are Joining the school sports on the level of the school sport associations of m'sila and bordj bou arreridj cities .we have also used a questionnaire as a tool to proof or negate the hypothesis of our study. We found that the results agreed with the hypothesis of the study. We found that the physical educational sport activity that was made in the sport class period , the extracurricular activities and the school sport competitions play an important role in the discovery of the sport talents and to direct these talents to the appropriate specializations.
