الاستثمارات الأجنبية و دورها في النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر دراسة قياسية

الملخص

يمثل الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر إحدى أهم مصادر التمويل، إذ يساهم بشكل كبير في التنمية و النمو الاقتصادي من خلال خلق قيمة مضافة من شأنها تحديث البنية الاقتصادية للبلد، كما يعتبر من أهم المحركات الأساسية في تحريك عجلة النمو الاقتصادي وكذا تحسين مستوى الأداء. حيث تم التطرق من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى مفهوم الاستثمار الأجنبي، أنواعه، و أهم النظريات المفسرة للاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر،محفزاته، سلبياته و إيجابياته، كما تم التطرق لمفهوم النمو الاقتصادي، أبرز نظرياته و علاقته بالاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر، وبعدها التعرض إلى واقع كل منهما في الجزائر على ضوء ما قدمته و جندته الدولة من وسائل، تحفيزات، تسهيلات، وسن قوانين تشريعية، و ما صاحبها من برامج و مخططات داعمة للنمو الاقتصادي في سبيل تحقيق أهدافها المتعلقة بالنهوض بالاقتصاد الوطن -و دفعه نحو التقدم و التطور، و في الأخير تم القيام بدراسة قياسية بواسطة اختبار التكامل المتزامن للفترة 2012 1990 للعلاقة بين الاستثمار الأجنبي المباشر و النمو الاقتصادي في المدى القصير و الطويل بالاستعانة بالبرنامج الإحصائي Eviews ،و من تم تحليل النتائج المحصل عليها و مقارنتها بالفرضيات المقترحة. و على ضوء ما سبق، تم التوصل إلى بعض النتائج و طرح بعض الاقتراحات و التي من شأنها زيادة تدفق الاستثمارات الأجنبيةإلى الجزائر و رفع معدلات النمو الاقتصادي. The foreign direct investment (FDI) represents one of the most important sources of funding, because of it's contributing significantly in the development and economic growth through the creation of added value that will modernize the economic structure of the country, and it’s considered as one of the most important key drivers in moving the wheel of economic growth and as well as improve the level of performance. Therefore, this study aims to shed light on the concept of foreign investment, it's types, and the most important explanatory theories of foreign direct investment, also it's motivators , it's negatives and positives, it also discussed the concept of economic growth, and the most prominent theories and its relationship to foreign direct investment, And after that it took a look at the reality of both concepts in Algeria in the light of what was given and recruited by the state of means, motivators, facilities, and enact legislative acts, and the accompanying programs and schemes supportive of economic growth in order to achieve its objectives for the advancement of the national economy and push it towards progress and evolution, in the last, we have done an econometric study through simultaneous integration test for the period 1990-2012 of the relationship between foreign direct investment and economic growth in the short term and the long program, drawing on statistical Eviews, and analysis of the results obtained and compare the proposed assumptions. In the light of what has already been reached and some of the results and put some suggestions that will increase the flow of foreign investments to Algeria and higher rates of economic growth.
