فواعل التنمية المحلية

الملخص
يعتبر مفهوم التنمية والتنمية المحلية، من المفاهيم الأكثر تداولا في القرنين العشرين والواحد والعشرين، حيث ارتبط هذا المفهوم بالعديد من المجالات سواء الثقافية، الاجتماعية، السياسية أو الاقتصادية. والتنمية سواء كانت شاملة أو محلية، تستوجب تدخل فواعل التنمية المكلفة بذلك لتوجيهها، وهذا يوضح الاختلاف الموجود بين التنمية والمصطلحات المشابهة لها كالتقدم، التطور والنمو ومن خلال هذه الدراسة، سيتم تناول ماهية التنمية المحلية والأطراف المتدخلة والتي تعمل فيما بينها سعيا لتحقيقها. The concept of development and local development is considered one of the most widely used concepts in the twentieth and twenty-first centuries, as this concept has been linked to many fields, whether cultural, social, political or economic. Development, whether comprehensive or local, requires the intervention of the development actors charged with this to guide it. This explains the difference that exists between development and similar terms such as progress, development, and growth. Through this study, the nature of local development and the intervening parties that work among themselves in an effort to achieve it will be addressed.
