Divorce, Monoparentalité Et Pluriparentalité Comme Objets Socio- Anthropologiques. Quelques Perspectives De Réflexion Sur Le Contexte Algérien

Résumé

Cette contribution se propose d’interroger le divorce et quelques-unes de ses conséquences, en l’occurrence la monoparentalité et la pluriparentalité, comme objets socio-anthropologiques. Mais avant d’interroger le divorce qui est une sortie du lien conjugal, ne faut-il pas scruter d’abord l’entrée à ce lien - le mariage - en cherchant si des corrélations peuvent être dégagées entre des formes d’union matrimoniales et la rupture du lien conjugal ? C’est la raison pour laquelle, le texte revient sur la notion du mariage pour ensuite essayer d’esquisser quelques pistes de réflexion sur les formes et les facteurs du divorce. Il s’agit également d’aborder une des questions qui semblent être plus ou moins marginales dans la littérature anthropologique portant sur le terrain algérien en l’occurrence la monoparentalité mais aussi la pluriparentalité comme conséquences « paradoxales » du divorce. Abstract: This contribution proposes to interrogate divorce and some of its consequences, in this case single parenthood and multiparenthood, as socio-anthropological objects. But before questioning divorce, which is an exit from the marital bond, should we not first scrutinize the entry into this bond - marriage - by seeking whether correlations can be identified between forms of matrimonial union and the breakdown of the marital bond? This is the reason why the text returns to the notion of marriage to then try to outline some lines of thought on the forms and factors of divorce. It is also a question of approaching one of the questions which seem to be more or less marginal in the anthropological literature relating to the Algerian field, in this case single parenthood but also multiple parenthood as "paradoxical" consequences of divorce.
