ظاهرة البغاء عند المرأة

الملخص
عندما يصبح الجسد سلعة يستهلكها كل من يدفع اكثر بهذا تنتهك كل القيم الانسانية التي يجب ان تقوم على اساسها العلاقة بين الرجل والمرأة ومن الضروري توفرها ، وبهذا يصبح الجنس مادة للتجارة والربح مقابل العبث واللهو بحرمة الجسد وجعله بمثابة السلع التي تباع وتشترى لكل فرد من افراد المجتمع ولكل الفئات،ومن خلال ما تقدم سنقوم بدراسة اهم ظاهرة من الظواهر الاجتماعية وذات العوامل المتداخلة الا وهي " ظاهرة البغاء عند المرأة "، وتعتبر هذه الظاهرة من بين الجرائم التي تقترفها المرأة . وعليه تعرف ظاهرة البغاء بأنها اقدم مهنة في التاريخ اي انها متأصلة الجذور ، قائمة منذ ان خلقت البشرية وأخذت عدة زوايا و لها سيرورتها التاريخية ،بحيث كانت لدى الامم والحضارات القديمة تدخل في مجال المقدس،كما كانت النساء يمارسنه في المعابد ويتقاضين المال لخدمة المعبد ، والعديدين يرتكزون على هذا التصور لتبرير وجوده واستمراره في كل المجتمعات سواء الغربية منها او العربية الى ان اصبحت ظاهرة عادية في المجتمعات خاصة المجتمعات الحضارية الصناعية والكثير من افراد المجتمع يرتمون في احضانها من اجل الحصول على متعتهم الغريزية والشهوانية والعزوف عن الزواج لان حسبهم يجدون في هذه الممارسات الجنسية لذة لا تعوض . When the body become a commodity consumed by the highest bidder , this leads to violate all the necessary human values on which the relationship between man and woman must be bused, therefore, sex becomes an object for commerce and profit in return for the amusement and tampering with the physical inviolability , it also makes it as a commodity which is bought and sold for every member of society as well as all its categories .in the light of the above , we will study the most important social phenomenon with interrelated factors , which is *the phenomenon of prostitution among women* , as it is considered among the crimes committed by women. Therefore, the phenomenon of prostitution is known as the oldest profession in history, which is deeply rooted and existed since the creation of mankind. It took several angles; it also has its own historical process, as ancient nation and civilizations entered in the sacred field. Furthermore, women used to practice it in temples and received money in order to serve them. However, many persons rely on this perception to justify its existence and continuity in all societies, whether western or arab, until it became a normal phenomenon in societies, particularly the industrial and civilized societies, and many members of society who lie in their arms so as to obtain their instinctive and sensual pleasure and decline from marriage, because according to theme, they find in these sexual practices irreplaceable pleasure
