Development Of Computational Tool For Determination Of Reliability Exactitude Of Industrial Equipments Using Weibull Model

Abstract

Our work is devoted to the theoretical and practical study of the industrial reliability based on the experience feedback and the reliability models. In this paper we cite the «Weibull model» to predict the reliability of equipment at any period of its life time (burn-in, useful life and wear-out period), used for assessing failure rate, therefore, the orientation in selecting a proper maintenance policy, comparing to classical probability laws that are limited. Finally, we finalized our work by the conception of a computer application for SONATRACH, programmed using MATLAB language, applied for any machines (mechanical, electrical and electronic equipments).
