الملخص: نهدف من خلال بحثنا إلى معرفة أهمية الهيئات اللامركزية في حماية البيئة و تحقيق تنمية مستدامة، و سنوضح دور الهيئات اللامركزية من خلال وسائلها و أدواتها القانونية التي تستعملها في سعيها للحفاظ و حماية البيئة بالإضافة إلى الصلاحيات التي تمتلكها و التي خولتها لها السلطة المركزية ، بالإضافة لدورها في عملية توعية المواطنين على أهمية الحفاض على البيئة، و مراقبة الإدارات التي تخالف الشروط أو تلحق الضرر بالبيئة، و خلصنا في الأخير إلى أن هذه الهيئات اللامركزية لها دور كبير في حماية البيئة لما لها دور فعال في تحقيق التنمية، على الرغم من نقص الإمكانيات اللازمة للقيام بالعملية و الصعوبات التي تواجههم إلا أنها كافحت من أجل الحفاض على سلامة المحيط البيئي. Summary: Through our research, we aim to know the importance of decentralized bodies in protecting the environment and achieving sustainable development, and we will clarify the role of decentralized bodies through their means and legal tools that they use in their quest to preserve and protect the environment in addition to the powers they possess and that the central authority has granted them. In addition to its role in the process of educating citizens on the importance of preserving the environment, and monitoring administrations that violate the conditions or harm the environment, Finally, we concluded that these decentralized bodies have a major role in protecting the environment because of their effective role in achieving development. Despite the lack of necessary resources to carry out the operation and the difficulties they face However, it has struggled to preserve the integrity of the environment.
