الملخص
سيتناول البحث "محمد بن يوسف الثقفي (72-91هـ/692- 709م)، دراسة تاريخية في سيرته أثناء ولايته على اليمن). وتكمن أهميته في أنه سيتفرد بدراسة مستقلة لهذا الموضوع؛ وغايته الأساسية تبيان النهج الذي سار عليه في حكمه أهل اليمن الذي استمر زهاء تسعة عشر سنه، وقد اعتمد الباحث في جمع مادته على مصادرها الأصلية، متبعًا في ذلك المنهج التاريخي الوصفي، القائم على التحليل والمقارنة والنقد والاستنتاج. ويشمل البحث نشأته والاوضاع التي مهدت لتوليه حكم اليمن. والنهج الذي سار عليه، بالإضافة إلى السياسة المالية التي اتبعها ومظاهر الثراء الذي جمعه مدة حكمه عليه. وأهم نتيجة خرج بها البحث أنه انتهج سياسة الظلم والجور والغشم وسفك الدم الحرام، وأنه استخدم عدة اساليب في جمع الأموال للثراء الكبير ، فضلاً عن سياسة الاستبداد القائمة على الحماقة وارتكاب بعض المعاصي. ولاية اليمن. دولة الخلافة الأموية. محمد بن يوسف. عبد الملك بن مروان. الحجاج. The research deals scientifically and objectively with Mohammed Ibn Yousuf Al-Thaqafi (72-91 AH/692-709AD), a historical study of his biography during his tenure over Yemen. Its importance lies in the fact that it will be devoted to an independent study of this subject; its main objective is to explain the approach that he followed in his rule over the people of Yemen, which lasted for nearly nineteen years. In collecting its material, the research relied on its original sources, following the descriptive historical method, based on analysis, comparison, criticism and conclusion. The research includes his upbringing and the conditions that paved the way for him to take over the rule of Yemen, the ruling approach he followed, the financial policy he applied, and the manifestations of the wealth he obtained. The most important result of the research is that he pursued the policy of injustice, oppression, greed and shedding forbidden blood and that he used several methods in collecting funds for great wealth, and in his rule, he adopted the policy of tyranny, foolishness, and committing some sins.
