إدراك الركعة بإدراك الركوع في الفقه الإسلامي

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بيان آراء فقهاء المذاهب الأربعة المعتمدة في الفق الإسلامي، ورأي ابن حزم الظاهري في مسألة إدراك المسبوق في الصلاة للركعة بإدراك الكوع مع الإمام، وبيان أدلتهم ومناقشتها والخروج بالرأي الراجح حسب قوة الأدلة لكل فريق. حيث أن المسألة هي خلافية بن مذاهب الجمهور والمذهب الظاهري. This study aims at clarifying the standpoints of the four Emams of Islamic fiqh and the standpoint of Ibn Hazm Al-Thaheri in the question of catching prostration by performing kneeling with the Emam of prayers when the praying Muslim arrives late for prayers Moreover, the study aims to illustrate the pieces of evidence presented by each group to come up with the soundest view depending on the validity of the proof of each group, for it is a controversial issue.
