الملخص
ملخص: يمثل البغاء أهم وأخطر صور الاتجار بالبشر وأكثرها انتشارا على مستوى العالم، كما انه من أبشع الجرائم كونه يجعل من الإنسان سلعة تباع وتشترى في أسواق الرذيلة، وقد أثرت العولمة ووسائل التكنولوجيا الحديثة في انتشار هذه الجرائم واتساع نطاقها بشكل لافت للانتباه من خلال استغلال الجناة لها في صيد فرائسهم والترويج لسلعهم، هذا ويشمل ضحايا البغاء السيدات والفتيات صغار السن، وكذلك الأطفال سواء من الذكور أو الإناث، بحيث يمثل بغاء الأطفال أبشع صور الاستغلال الجنسي لآثاره الاجتماعية والاقتصادية المدمرة للبنية الأساسية للمجتمعات، كما تدل الإحصائيات على أن تجارة البغاء تقسم العالم وفقا للظروف الاقتصادية إلى مناطق مصدرة ومناطق مستوردة له متباينة من حيث دول الانتماء ودول الطلب مع وجود دول للعبور على غرار بقية السلع في التجارة الدولية، الأمر الذي طرح مسالة التحديات القانونية لمواجهة هذه الجرائم البشعة على الصعيد الدولي والإقليمي. كلمات مفتاحية: البغاء؛ الاتجار بالبشر؛ وتعبّر عن أهم المصطلحات التي يتمحور حولها الموضوع، وتكون في حدود 5 كلمات أو عبارات قصيرة.
