رسكلة النفايات وأثرها الايجابي لخلق تنمية مستدامة في البيئة الجزائرية

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على موضوع حساس في ظل تزايد الضغط على البيئة و خلق العديد من المشاكل و المخاطر على المستوى الكوني بشكل عام و على المستوى المعيشي للبشر بشكل خاص، ألا و هو تزايد النفايات المنتجة كما و نوعا التي أصبحت تهدد أمن و سلامة البشرية جمعاء، ومدى أهمية معالجتها و تدويرها و التركيز على دور عمليات الرسكلة في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة التي تلبي حاجيات الحاضر دون المساومة على قدرة الأجيال القادمة لتلبية حاجياتهم . فالتنمية المستدامة تتمثل في البحث عن التوازن بين الاهتمامات البيئية و الاهتمامات الاجتماعية – الاقتصادية بالتحكم في مصادر التلوث والطاقة و التحكم في استهلاك الثروة وضمانها للأجيال المستقبلية بوضع مخططات تنموية على المدى البعيد . Abstract : The study aims to shed light on a sensitive subject in light of the increasing pressure on the environment and the creation of many problems and risks on the global level in general and on the standard of living of humans in particular, namely the increase in the quantity and quality of the waste produced, which has become a threat to the security and safety of all humanity, and the importance of treatment and recycling, and to focus on the role of recycling processes in achieving sustainable development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their needs. Sustainable development is represented in the search for a balance between environmental concerns and socio-economic concerns by controlling the sources of pollution and energy, and controlling the consumption of wealth and ensuring it for future generations through long-term development plans
