قراءة في آثار نفايات المؤسسات الصحية على جوانب التنمية المستدامة في الجزائر

الملخص
يهدف البحث الحالي إلى عرض وضعية كمية نفايات المؤسسات الصحية في الجزائر، وما يقابله من حال تطبيق المعايير البيئية والتشريعية في تسييرها على مستوى المؤسسات الصحية، وصولا إلى الاجابة عن تساؤل رئيسي يتمحور حول ما هي آثار نفايات المؤسسات الصحية في الجزائر على الجوانب الصحية والاجتماعية؟ وذلك عبر قراءة أدبية للدراسات التي تعرضت بشكل خاص إلى الآثار السلبية التي تمس: الحق في الحياة/ الصحة، الحق في ظروف عمل مأمونة وصحية والحق في مستوى معيشي لائق، حيث هي نتاج ما نص عليه العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية. وخلاصة البحث هي أين هو مصير معالجة كمية النفايات في ظل عدم امتلاك المرامد ضمن ما يقارب 41% من المؤسسات الصحية في الجزائر؛ والتي بها ومع غيرها من المسببات أخلت بوجود حق الاستفادة من مستوى معيشي لائق جاء من قبل المؤسسات الصحية الجزائرية كان لها الصدى والتأثير على الرأي العام في المجتمع. abstract: This research aims to present the state of the quantity of waste in health establishments in Algeria, and the corresponding case for the application of environmental and legislative standards in its management at the level of health establishments, in order to respond to a main question centered on what are the effects of waste from health establishments in Algeria on the health and social level? And this through a literary reading of the studies that have been specifically exposed to the negative effects that affect: the right to life/health, the right to safe and healthy working conditions and the right to an adequate standard of living, such as 'they are a product of what is stipulated in the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights. The conclusion of the research is where is the fate of the treatment of the quantity of waste considering the lack of incinerators in about 41% of the health establishments in Algeria; Which, along with other causes, violated the right to benefit from a decent standard of living from Algerian health institutions, and had an echo and influence on public opinion in society.
