الملخص
الملخص: يمثل محتوى هذا المقال قراءة لأهم الجوانب التشريعية والتنظيمية التي تبرز حق النقابي، ومدى تطبيقه في محيط العمل خاصة في ظل التحولات الاقتصادية الراهنة بانتشار الشركات العالمية ، والتطرق الى بعض التجارب العالمية للمنظمات النقابية في العديد من الدول، واستخلاص أهدافها وخصائصها وانعكاساتها على الواقع العمالي. فإن تطوير الثقافة النقابية وتوسيع قاعدتها وعضويتها وتطوير آليات االممارسة النقابية من المسائل الجوهرية التي تحرك العمل النقابي في الوضع الراهن، إلى جانب دمقرطة النقابة وتطوير العلاقات والتعاون فيمابين النقابات الإقليمية والمحلية هي أيضا من المهام التي تسعى إليها نقابة اليوم لمواجهة العولمة والأشكال الجديدة للاقتصاد العالمي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الحق النقابي، الحرية النقابية، النقابة، المؤسسة الاقتصادية. Abstract The content of this article is a reading of the most important legislative and organizational aspects that highlight the right of trade unionists and their applicability in the work environment, especially under the light of the current economic transformations by the spread of international companies, addressing some of the international experiences of trade union organizations in many states and drawing their objectives and characteristics in the labor factsc ontext. The development of trade union culture,also the expansion of its membership base and the development of trade union mechanisms are fundamental issues that move trade union action in the current situation, beside the democratization of the union , the development of relations and cooperation between regional and local trade unions are also the tasks that today's union seeks to confront globalization and new forms of the global economy.
