Description

The Algerian Journal of Forensic Sciences and Criminology (AJFSC) is dedicated to the publication of cutting-edge research in the fields of Forensic science and Criminology. It will allow the National Institute of Criminalistics and Criminology of the National Gendarmerie (INCC/GN), as a multidisciplinary forensic science platform and the university to be directly involved in the areas of research and development of criminalistics and Criminology nationally and internationally. Topics of interest to the journal include: analysis of fingerprints, drugs, flammable liquid residues, analysis of explosives, trace documents (glass, fibers, paints and hair), analysis of ink and paper, DNA analysis, accidentology, nuclear forensics and environmental damage. The journal is interested in receiving original contributions made in forensic medicine, toxicology, anthropology, forensic microbiology, psychiatry and behavioral sciences, jurisprudence, digital and multimedia sciences, and areas where science and medicine interact with law. The content and opinions expressed in the AJFSC Journal are not those of the INCC/GN or the editorial board. All manuscript submissions are made by pairs.
