إن إصدار مجلة قانونية متخصصة يعتبر من صميم المهمات الأساسية لأي مركز  بحث، ومن المعلوم بأن أولى المهام الموكلة لمركز البحوث القانونية والقضائية هو القيام بالدراسات القانونية بهدف المساهمة في تحسين مجموع النصوص التشريعية الوطنية وكذا تشجيع البحوث والدراسات الفردية والجماعية ذات الصلة بالميدان القضائي والقانوني. ومما لا شك فيه بأن أفضل تتويج لهذه الإنجازات هو أن تكون محل نشر عبر مجلة دورية علمية متخصصة والتي اختار المركز تسميتها بـ "المجلة الجزائرية للقانون والعدالة".

تمثل "المجلة الجزائرية للقانون والعدالة" إضافة جديدة تضاف لما هو موجود من أدوات البحث والنشر في المجالين القضائي والقانوني ولبنة تدعم وتثري الثقافة القانونية إلى جانب المجلات والنشريات القانونية الموجودة، كما أنها تعتبر إحدى الأدوات التي تمكن المركز من الانفتاح والتعاون مع هيئات البحث الوطنية والأجنبية المماثلة.

إن من أهداف "المجلة الجزائرية للقانون والعدالة" التعريف بالقانون والاجتهاد القضائي والفقه، هي مجلة متعددة التخصصات، تعتني بجميع ميادين القانون والعدالة بمفهومها الواسع كما أنها تشجع على النقاشات الفقهية المهمة، وتساهم بفعالية وإيجابية في إثرائها، من خلال فتح باب النشر لممارسي القانون من أساتذة وقضاة ومحامين وموثقين ومحضرين قضائيين وممارسي القانون بمختلف أصنافهم للكتابة فيها باللغة التي يتقنونها ويختارونها (العربية، الإنجليزية، الفرنسية).

وبهذا تشكل مجلة المركز فضاءً حراً للتحليل والدراسات والبحوث المعمقة ذات الصلة بتطور التشريع والاجتهاد القضائي كما أنها تولي أهمية للبحوث النظرية والميدانية.

Issuing a legal journal is considered one of the core tasks of any research center, and it is known that the first task entrusted to the Legal and Judicial Research Center is to carry out legal studies with the aim of contributing to improve the national legislative texts, as well as encouraging individual and collective research and studies related to the judicial and legal fields. There is no doubt that the best award of these achievements is to be published in a specialized scientific periodical journal, which the Center chose to name “The Algerian Journal of Law and Justice.

The “Algerian Journal of Law and Justice” represents a new addition to the existing research and publishing tools in the judicial and legal fields, and a building block that supports and enriches the legal culture alongside existing legal journals and publications. It is also considered one of the tools that enable the center to open up and cooperate with similar national and foreign research bodies.

One of the objectives of the “Algerian Journal of Law and Justice” is to enhance knowledge of law, jurisprudence, and doctrine. It is a multidisciplinary journal that covers all the fields of law and justice in its broad sense. It also encourages important jurisprudential debates and contributes effectively and positively to enriching them, by offering the opportunity to publish to law practitioners: professors, judges, lawyers, notaries, judicial officers, and various types of law practitioners who can write in it in the language they choose (Arabic, English, and French).

Thus, the Center’s journal constitutes a free space for analysis, studies and in-depth research related to the development of legislation and judicial jurisprudence. It also attaches importance to theoretical and field research.

La publication d’une revue juridique fait partie intégrante des missions qui incombent à tout centre de recherche. Dès lors, il est admis que la mission fondamentale du Centre de Recherche Juridique et Judiciaire est d’élaborer des études juridiques dans le but de contribuer à l’amélioration des textes législatifs nationaux et d’encourager les recherches et les études individuelles et collectives en lien avec les domaines juridique et judiciaire, dont l’aboutissement idéal est que ces réalisations soient couronnées par leur publication via une revue scientifique périodique spécialisée que le Centre de recherche a intitulée « Revue Algérienne Droit et Justice ».

La « Revue Algérienne Droit et Justice » apporte une plus-value aux outils de la recherche et de la publication déjà existants dans les domaines juridique et judiciaire ; c’est une pierre angulaire appelée à consolider et enrichir la culture juridique entre autres revues et publications juridiques en vigueur. En outre, il s’agit d’un outil qui a vocation à offrir au centre de recherche des perspectives d’ouverture et de collaboration avec d’autres instances nationales et étrangères homologues.

La « Revue Algérienne Droit et Justice » qui compte parmi ses objectifs de promouvoir la connaissance du droit, de la jurisprudence et de la doctrine, est une revue pluridisciplinaire qui traite de tous les volets relatifs au droit et à la justice dans leur large acception. Elle encourage les discussions essentielles relatives à la doctrine et contribue de manière efficace et positive à leur enrichissement en offrant l’opportunité aux praticiens de la justice, dont les enseignants, les magistrats, les avocats, les notaires et les huissiers de justice, ainsi qu’aux différentes catégories des praticiens de la justice, de publier dans la revue avec la langue de leur choix (arabe, français et anglais).

Aussi, la revue du centre de recherche est un espace de liberté pour la l’analyse, les études et recherches profondes, en lien avec le développement de la législation et de la jurisprudence, outre l’importance qu’elle accorde aux recherches théoriques et pratiques.
