دعوة للنشر (عدد خاص)
تحضيرا لإخراج عدد خاص من مجلة الاجتهاد القضائي، وهو عدد دوري (جوان من كل سنة) مخصص فقط للمقالات القانونية باللغة الانجليزية، تتشرف هيئة تحرير المجلة ولجنتها العلمية بدعوة كل الباحثين المهتمين بتقديم إسهاماتهم في هذا المجال، وسوف يشرع في استقبال مقالات الباحثين من طلبة دكتوراه وأساتذة جامعيين ابتداء من تاريخ هذه الدعوة، حيث يودع المقال المراد نشره وفقا للشروط المحددة للنشر بالمجلة، من خلال المنصة الوطنية www.asjp.cerist.dz باختيار مجلة الاجتهاد القضائي، عبر الرابط:
