الملخص
ملخص: لقد عرف الاقتصاد الجزائري ومنذ أكثر من عشرة سنوات تحولات جذرية وعميقة في محيطه، وأن قرار دخول حرية السوق والمنافسة أنجز عنه تحرير الطاقات المقاولاتية وتصاعد وتيرة الدينامكية الاقتصادية، وهو ما يؤكده ذلك التطور المهم والسريع في عدد المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في ظل إطار مؤسساتي فتي وقيد التحول مما جعلها تنمو في وسط مضطرب وغير مستقر بسبب انتقال الاقتصاد من نمط موجه إلى نمط ليبرالي ما زال لم يكتمل نموه بعد، في وسط الاقتصاد الجزائري. إن عدم اكتمال نهاية مرحلة الانتقال زادها تعقيدا محاولة اندماج الاقتصاد العالمي، وعليه فان هدفنا هو محاولة الوصول إلى الخيارات الإستراتيجية الممكن إنتاجها من طرف المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة حتى تستطيع أن ترفع من تحديات العولمة الاقتصادية. Summary: For more than a decade, the Algerian economy has undergone profound and radical changes in its environment. The decision to enter the free market and competition has resulted in the liberalisation of entrepreneurial capabilities and the escalation of the pace of economic dynamism. This is confirmed by the important and rapid development in the number of small and medium enterprises in the context of a young and changing institutional framework, Making them grow in a turbulent and unstable environment due to the transition of the economy from an oriented style to a liberal one that is still not fully developed in the Algerian economy. The incomplete completion of the transition phase has been further complicated by the attempt to integrate the global economy. Our goal is therefore to try and reach strategic options that can be produced by small and medium enterprises so that they can meet the challenges of economic globalisation.
