الملخص

نظرا لأهمية تكوين ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة لتأهيلهم ارتأينا الإشارة إلى مبادئ التكوين المهني في تأهيل ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وبرامج التكوين المهني وانتهينا إلى الحديث حول أهم المشاكل التي تتعرض لها ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة ويتم معالجتها بالتكوين المهني، فمن خلال هذه الإشارات يمكن توضيح تلك العلاقة ومدى شموليتها وخاصة في حالة وجود الإمكانيات والوسائل المناسبة وأيضا التطبيق الصحيح للتكوين التي يؤدي إلى تكوين ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة وتأهيلها لجعلها مؤهلة جاهزة لمواجهة التحديات الراهنة.
