نحو رؤيا نقدية لواقع فكرة المواطنة في المجتمع الجزائري

الملخص
إن -فكرة المواطنة- وما يرتبط بها من توجهات سوسيولوجية ظلت واحدة من أبرز الإشكاليات التي تثار لدى الباحثين في مجال العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية، كونها إطار فلسفي وتربوي يقف على تحديد مجال ونوعية العلاقة التي يجب أن تربط الأفراد المواطنين بعضهم ببعض وبمكونات المجتمع التنظيمي من جهة أخرى، وإن نضج هذا المفهوم في أي مجتمع مرهون بقدرة منظومة التنشئة السياسية على توجيه الأفراد نحو الالتزام نحو المشاركة الفاعلة في الشأن العام للمجتمع، إذ أن صفة- الفرد المواطن- لا تعني فقط مركب نفسي يشحذ بمختلف عمليات التنشئة من قبيل الانتساب للوطن (الجنسية) والارتباط به في حدود الجغرافيا، بل كونه ممارسة اجتماعية يضطلع فيها (الفرد) بدور إيجابي ضمن حياته في المجتمع، وسنحاول بدورنا في هذا المقال تبيان مفهوم فكرة المواطنة في قراءة سوسيو-تاريخية حتى يتسنى لنا تشكيل صورة نقدية عامة حول تمثلاته في المجتمع الجزائري. Abstract The idea of citizenship - and the associated sociological trends - has been one of the most prominent problems raised by researchers in the field of humanities and social sciences, being a philosophical and educational framework that focuses on one hand on defining the scope and quality of the relationship that citizens should relate to one another and to the components of the organizational society on the other hand. And that the maturity of this concept in any society depends on the ability of political formation system to orient individuals towards commitment to active participation in the public affairs of society, since the status - the individual citizen - does not mean only a psychological compound sharpens the various processes of formation such as affiliation to the homeland (nationality) and the connection with it within the limits of geography, but as a social practice in which (the individual) plays a positive role within his life in society, we will try to explain the concept of citizenship in a sociological-historical reading so that we can form a general critique of its representation in Algerian society.
