الملخص

يشهد العالم اليوم عدة تغييرات على كافة الأصعدة في شتى مجالات الحياة فرضت علينا إيجاد عدة تصورات وفلسفات لمواجهة التغيرات والتعامل معها بطريقة ايجابية، وللوصول إلى هذه النقطة لابد علينا من إعطاء أهمية كبيرة لقطاع التربية كونه القطاع الأكبر أهمية في مسيرة المجتمع والنهوض به، والذي تقوم عليه كل مؤسسات المجتمع الأخرى سواء الصناعية أو الخدماتية، وأمام هذا الدور العظيم لقطاع التربية كان علينا أن نفكر في استراتيجيات وخطط تكون قادرة على إعطاء التربية المكانة المرموقة لتستجيب لما هو مطلوب من مؤسسات المجتمع وتحقيق رغباته، فظهرت فلسفة الجودة الشاملة كفلسفة حديثة تسعى إلى التميز والإبداع وقد أثبتت نجاحها في المجال الاقتصادي و انتقل بها إلى المجال التعليمي، فكان علينا أن نطرح الموضوع في خضم المشاكل التي تتخبط فيها الجامعة وما آلت إليه من وضع مزري في مخرجاتها. من هنا كانت الفكرة لطرح الموضوع، وبما أن الموضوع واسع المجال والتناول إلا أننا نتطرق بالعرض والتفصيل إلى المعايير الجودة في مؤسسات التعليم، وكيف تطبق، وبعض النماذج الجودة الرائدة في المجال. Abstract: Nowadays, the world has seen several changes at all levels and in all spheres of life which imposed on us finding many perspectives and philosophies To face the changes and deal with it in a positive way, To reach this point should we giveto the educational sectorgreat importance because it’s the most important sector in the development and promotion of society .Upon which all the other institutions of society, whether industrial or service. And in front of this great role of the education sector. We had to think about the strategies and plans able to give education a prestigious position i to respond to the requirements of the society institutions and satisfy their needs. Appeared total quality philosophy like modern philosophy seeks to distinction and creativity also It has proved successful in the economic field and moved to the educational field. Reason why we ask this subject in the midst of the problems in which the University flop , and what became of results and the bad situation in their output .From here the idea was to put the issue. As the subject and wide domain and studying However, we dealt presentation ,detail and the standards of total quality in education institutions and how they are applied . furthermore how to apply it , and some of the leading models in total quality.
