الصلابة النفسية لدى المرأة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية

الملخص
قام الباحث مرزوق العبدالهادي العنزي بإجراء بحث بعنوان: الصلابة النفسية لدى المرأة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية، يهدف إلى الكشف عن الفروق في الصلابة النفسية لدى المرأة في ضوء بعض المتغيرات الديموغرافية وتحديداً المرأة الموظفة والمرأة غير الموظفة كمتغير ديموغرافي، واتبع الباحث المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي المقارن، واستخدم مقياس الصلابة النفسية (باظة، 2011)، وتكونت العينة من (150)، من الإناث (75) موظفة و (75) غير موظفة، وكشف البحث عن النتائج الآتية: توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغير المهنة (المرأة الموظفة وغير الموظفة) طبقا لأبعاد الدرجة الكلية لمقياس الصلابة النفسية، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغير المهنة (المرأة الموظفة وغير الموظفة) طبقا لبعد المرونة بمقياس الصلابة النفسية، ولا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغير المهنة (المرأة الموظفة وغير الموظفة) طبقا لبعد الالتزام بمقياس الصلابة النفسية، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغير المهنة (المرأة الموظفة وغير الموظفة) طبقا لبعد التحدّي بمقياس الصلابة النفسية، وتوجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متغير المهنة (المرأة الموظفة وغير الموظفة) طبقا لبعد الضبط بمقياس الصلابة النفسية. الكلمات المفتاحية: الصّلابة النّفسيّة – المُتَغَيّرات الدّيموغرافيّة – المرأة المُوظَّفة – المرأة غير المُوظَّفة. Abstract The researcher Marzouq Al-Abdulhadi Al-Enezi conducted a research entitled: The Psychologically Hardness Among women In the light of some demographic variables, aims to detect differences in the Psychological Hardness of women in the light of some demographic variables, specifically working women and non-working women as a demographic variable. The researcher followed the comparative descriptive correlation method and used the Psychologically Hardness scale (Baza, 2011) (150) females (75) working women, (75) non-working women, The research reached the following results : There are statistically significant differences between the occupational variable (working and non-working women) according to the dimensions of the total score of the psychological hardness scale, There are statistically significant differences between the occupational variable (women working and non-working) according to the elasticity of the Psychologically Hardness scale, There were no statistically significant differences between the occupational variable (working and non-working women) according to the dimension of adherence to the Psychological Hardness scale, There are statistically significant differences between the occupational variable (women working and non-working) according to the challenge dimension of Psychological Hardness , There are statistically significant differences between the variables of the profession (working and non-working women).
