Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد الدور الذي يلعبه الاتصال اللفظي بين أستاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية في تحديد شخصية التلميذ، إنطلاقا من دراسة ميدانية بمجموعة من المؤسسات التربوية، وذلك عن طريق توزيع إستبيان لدراسة هذه العلاقة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن للاتصال الذي يقوم به أستاذ التربية البدنية مع تلامذته لتكوين شخصيتهم، فالاتصال الجيد بينهما ينعكس إيجابا على سلوك التلميذ. و من خلال هذه الدراسة كذلك نحاول ابراز حقيقة التربية البدنية والرياضية على أنها لا تهتم بالبدن فقط بل تتعداه الى تنمية جوانب شخصية ونفسية، و إظهار العلاقة الموجودة بين ممارسة الرياضة في ظل حصة التربية البدنية والرياضية و الدور الذي يلعبه الاتصال اللفظي بين الأستاذ و التلميذ. الكلمات المفتاحية : )الاتصال - أستاذ التربية البدنية - شخصية التلميذ(. This study aims at determining the role played by the verbal communication between the professor of physical education and sports in shaping the personality of the student, based on a field study of a number of educational institutions, by distributing a questionnaire to study this relationship. The study concluded that the contact of the professor of physical education with his students to form their personality, the good communication between them reflected positively on the behavior of the that. Through this study we also try to highlight the reality physical education and sports is not only interested in the body, but also to develop personal and psychological aspects, and to show the relationship between the exercise of sport in light of the share of physical education and sports and the role played by verbal communication between the teacher and the student.
