استخلاص العوامل المساهمة في تحسين مهارات تدريس التربية البدنية والرياضية في ظل تطبيقات الجودة الشاملة

الملخص

تهدف هذه الدراسة الى تحديد واستخلاص العوامل الخاصة بالجودة الشاملة ذات التأثير المباشر على المهارات التدريسية بشكل خاص في ميدان التربية البدنية والرياضية، حيث يشكل استغلال هذه العوامل وفق ترتيب معين من تحديد هذه التطبيقات ومعاملات تأثيرها في مهاراتتدريس التربية البدنية والرياضية، ولعل أهم متطلبات الجودة الشاملة في التدريس كطريقة وسبيل حديث يمكن الأستاذ من تحقيق الأهداف المرجوة، ومن اجل التوصل الى تلك العوامل واستخلاصها احصائيا تم الدراسة على 70 أستاذ مقسمين على (35 استاذ تعليم ثانوي/ 35 استاذ تعليم متوسط) من اجل الوصول الى تحديد تطبيقات الجودة الشاملة لتنمية مهارات التدريس المرتبطة بالتربية البدنية والرياضية، كما طبقت اداة تحتوى على 6 ابعاد ترتبط بعمليات التدريس وجودة التدريس وفق التطبيقات المحددة وكيفية استغلالها لتحقيق الاهداف المرسومة، ومن أجل ذلك كانت المعالجة الاحصائية تندرج من خلال معامل الانحدار واختبار استخلاص العوامل وفق ترتيب خاص، وقد توصلت الدراسة الى أن العوامل المساهمة تترتب بنسب متساوية وان تأثير كل عامل مرتبط بالعوامل الاخرى هذا من جهة، ومن ناحية اخرى استغلال تطبيقات الجودة الشاملة في التدريس تمكن استاذ التربية البدنية والرياضية من تحسين وتعديل مهاراته التدريسية وقدراته بما يتماشى مع التطورات التربوية الحاصلة بالإضافة الى ان هذه الاخيرة تمكن الأستاذ من القدرة على الابداع في مجال جودة تدريس التربية البدنية والرياضية. This study aims to determine and debrief the special factors of comprehensive quality of direct effect on the teaching skills; in particular the field of physical education. The exploitation of these factors according to a specific classification helps in determining these applications and its transactions effect on the skills of teaching physical education, and maybe the basic needs of comprehensive quality in the teaching as a way and a modern path which helps the teacher from achieving the expected goals. For the sake of achieving and debriefing those factors statistically, a study has been applied on 70 teachers divided on two different levels; 35 high school teachers and another 35 middle school teachers in order to determine the applications of comprehensive quality and so to improve the skills of teaching, skills that are related to physical education, another tool was applied; one that has six dimensions which relate to the operations of teaching and its quality according to the determined applications and the way of exploiting them to achieve the planned goals, and therefore, the statistical process goes through the gradient coefficient and the test of debriefing the factors according to a certain classification. The study deduced that the contributing factors ensues in equal percentages, and that the effect of each factor is related to the other ones, that’s on a hand, in the other one exploiting the applications of comprehensive quality in teaching helps the teacher of physical education from improving and enhancing his teaching skills and abilities with what suits the educational developments, add to that that the latter helps the teacher to be creative in the field of teaching physical education.
