لغة الخطاب السياسي وآليات تفعيل المشاركة السياسية للمرأة الجزائرية

الملخص
تهدف هذه الدراسة للوصول إلى الدور الذي تلعبه لغة الخطاب السياسي في عملية المشاركة السياسة للمرأة الجزائرية، حيث تلقى هذه الأخيرة متابعة واهتمام بالغين من قبل المختصين والباحثين الجزائريين، ويعد العمل السياسي للمرأة من ركائز الديمقراطية وشرطا من شروط المواطنة الفعالة، وباعتبار المشاركة السياسية كفعل سياسي، فإن هذا السلوك يتأثر بدرجة كبيرة بكيفية وصول البيانات والمعلومات وهو الدور الذي يلعبه القائم بالعملية الاتصالية السياسية لأنه الجوهر الحقيقي في التأثير على العملية السياسية بكل تفاعلاتها من خلال انتقاء لغة خطبها السياسية، وعليه وجب التفكير في استراتيجيات وتدابير لتعزيز لغة الاتصال السياسي بين الطرفين لتكوين قناعات شخصية حول دور المرأة في عملية صنع القرار ورسم السياسات العامة وتفعيل مشاركتها السياسية. وهذا ما يقودنا إلى البحث لفهم وتفسير تأثير لغة الخطاب السياسي على المشاركة السياسية لدى المرأة الجزائرية. This study aims at reaching the role played by the language of the political discourse in the political participation of Algerian women. The latter received great attention and attention from Algerian specialists and researchers. The political work of women is one of the pillars of democracy and one of the conditions of effective citizenship. , This behavior is greatly influenced by how data and information are accessed, which is the role played by the political communicator because it is the real essence in influencing the political process in all its interactions through the selection of the language of its political discourse. Thinking strategies and measures to enhance political communication between the two parties to form personal convictions about the role of women in decision-making, public policy and activating the political participation process language. This leads us to research to understand and interpret the influence of the language of political discourse on the political participation of Algerian women.
