L’autonomisation De La Femme Et La Reproduction L’entreprise économique Familial En Algérie

Résumé : Cette étude traite la participation de la femme à la reproduction de l'entreprise économique familiale dans la société algérienne, en mettant l'accent principalement sur les mécanismes et les parcours qui guident le femme vers la reproduction de l'entreprise économique familiale et qui encouragent l’autonomisation de la femme en algerie . Et d’un autre coté cette étude cherche a savoir la qualité des projets familiaux que les femmes contribuent à leur reproduction et les différents obstacles qu’elles peuvent les rencontré. Summary: This study deals with the participation of women in the reproduction of the family business in Algerian society, focusing mainly on the mechanisms and career paths that guide women towards the reproduction of the family business and which that encourage the empowerment of women in Algeria. And on the other hand this study seeks to know the quality of family projects that women contribute to their reproduction and the different obstacles that they may encounter. ملخص: تتناول هذه الدراسة مساهمة المرأة في إعادة إنتاج المؤسسة الاقتصادية العائلية في المجتمع الجزائري ، من خلال التركيز على الآليات و الميكانيزمات التي توجه المرأة إلى إعادة إنتاج المؤسسة الاقتصادية العائلية،وتشجع تمكين المرأة في المجتمع الجزائري .من جهة أخرى نسعى من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى تبيان نوعية المشاريع الاقتصادية العائلية التي تساهم المرأة في إعادة إنتاجها و مختلف المعوقات التي قد تواجهها و تعرقل تمكين المرأة في المجتمع الجزائري .
