واقع ريادة الاعمال في الجزائر: نحو ضرورة تطوير و ترقية سياسات الدعم و المرافقة

الملخص
اعتمدت الجزائر على عدة آليات و أجهزة لدعم و ترقية المشاريع المقاولاتية، إلا أن هذه الأخيرة مازالت تواجه عدة صعوبات تعيق نموها و تطورها. هذه الصعوبات تتعلق أساسا بطبيعة النسيج الاقتصادي الوطني، المقاربة الاجتماعية المعتمدة من طرف هذه أجهزة الدعم، غياب الثقافة المقاولاتية، ضعف برامج التكوين و التعليم المتعلقة بريادة الاعمال (المقاولاتية)، غياب الأصالة و الإبداع، ضعف مؤهلات المقاول، الصعوبات المالية...الخ. كل هذه الصعوبات تفرض ضرورة تطوير و تعزيز سياسات و آليات الدعم و المرافقة من اجل مشاريع ريادية مستديمة و إبداعية في الجزائر.. الكلمات المفتاحية: المقاولاتية (ريادة الاعمال) ، الدعم، التطور ، الإبداع ، الجزائر. Résumé : L'Algérie a adopté plusieurs mécanismes et mécanismes pour soutenir et promouvoir les projets de construction, mais cette dernière rencontre encore plusieurs difficultés qui entravent sa croissance et son développement. Il s’agit essentiellement des difficultés liées à la nature du tissu économique national, à l'approche sociale adoptée par les organismes d’appui, au manque de culture entrepreneuriale, à la faiblesse des programmes de formation et d’enseignement de l'entrepreneuriat, au manque d'originalité et d’innovation, aux faibles compétences de l’entrepreneur, Toutes ces difficultés imposent la nécessité de développer et de renforcer les politiques et les mécanismes d’appui et d'accompagnement pour des projets entrepreneuriaux persistants et innovants en Algérie. Abstract Algeria has adopted several mechanisms to support and promote projects of construction, but the latter still faces several difficulties that hinder its growth and its development. These difficulties are mainly the related to the nature of the national economic fabric, the social approach adopted by organizations of support, lack of entrepreneurial culture, weakness of the training and the entrepreneurship education programs. , the lack of originality and innovation, the low skills of the entrepreneur, All these difficulties impose the need to develop and strengthen policies and mechanisms for support and accompaniment of persistent and innovative entrepreneurial projects in Algeria.
