الملخص

ملخص الدراسة: تضمنت هذه الدراسة موضوع المستوى التعليمي وعلاقته بأداء المشرف، قمنا بالدراسة الميدانية في ثلاثة مؤسسات صناعية، خدماتية، اقتصادية، يتمثل في مستشفى الجلفة، المؤسسة الوطنية للجلود والدباغة، المؤسسة الوطنية للدراسات والهندسة المعمارية لولاية الجلفة لإجراء الدراسة واختبار الفرضيات، ولقد شملت دراستنا جميع وحدات مجتمع الدراسة وذلك لعدم كِبر عدد المشرفين الذين قدروا بــــ 70 مشرفا، وهذا ما يعرف بالحصر الشامل يعتمد على تمثيل المجتمع الأصلي تمثيلا واقعيا ومنه تعميم النتائج. تضمنت مشكلة الدراسة فرضية عامة تفرعت إلى فرضين فرعيين ثم اختيار الدراسة باستخدام أساليب إحصائية عن طريق جمع البيانات وترميزها وعرضها في جداول، واستعملنا النسب المئوية للكشف عن متغيرات الدراسة بإحصاء المبحوثين وتحليل البيانات تحليلا إحصائيا وسوسيولوجيا وعرض نتائج الدراسة التي أثبتت صدق الفرضية العامة التي ثبت أن للمستوى التعليمي علاقة بأداء المشرف. Summary of the study: This study focused in particular on the level of training and its relationship with the supervisor's performance, in three industrial, economic and service institutions of the Djelfa Hospital, the National Corporation of Leather and Tanning, the National Institute for Studies and architecture of the Djelfa, in order to carry out the study and to test the hypotheses. The study is due to the lack of supervisors estimated at 70. The complete inventory depends on the representation of the source society and the actual representation of the results. The problem of the study included a general hypothesis divided into two hypotheses and was chosen using statistical methods: collection, coding and presentation of data in tables, using percentages allowing to reveal the variables of the study, listing the topics and analyzing the data in a statistical and sociological way, and presenting the results of the study. Educational relationship with the performance of the supervisor.
