الملخص

تعاني العديد من الدول في ارتفاع أعــداد قتلى حوادث الطرقات، و تفيد بعض الدراســـات و التنبؤات لخبراء منظمة الصحة الدولية الذين يتوقعون أن الإصابات الناجمة عن حوادث المرور سوف تزداد و تـــــؤدي إلى وفيات مالا يقل عن مليونين و 400ألف نسمــــة بحلول عام( 2030) و أن الغالبـــــية منهم سوف يكون في الدول الناميـــة. و الجزائر ضمن المراتب الأولى عربيا في حصيلة حوادث المرور التي ترتفع من سنة إلى أخرى، لتزيد من عدد الضحايا و نسبة المعوقين و المصابين بمختلف العاهات. في هذا الإطــــــار كشفت أرقـــام المركز الوطني للوقايــــة و الأمن عبر الطرق عن أزيد من (3718) قتيل و أكثرمن41 ألف جريح خلال سنـــة 2016. و أمام هذه الأرقام المخيفــــــة و الارتفاع الرهيب في عدد الضحايا حرك فينا الإحساس بوجود المشكلة و بضرورة معالجتها و إيجاد طرائق لتقليل منها. و المتتبـــع للدراسات و البحوث المرورية يلاحـــظ أن أسبابــــها عديدة ، فقد أرجعها البعض إلى طبيعة الطرقات و تأثير الأحوال الجوية، و البعض الأخر أرجعها إلى عوامل متعلقة بالمركبات و غالبية الدراسات أرجعتها إلى العنصر البشري، إذ بينت مصالح الدرك الوطني الجزائري أسباب هذه الحوادث إلى مجموعة من العوامل أهمها السرعة المفرطة، التجاوز الخطير،و اللامبالاة ،مهملين العامل النفسي فالإفراط في الثقة و الميل إلى المخاطرة عوامل تلعب دورا هاما في بروز السلوكات التي تؤدي إلى ارتكاب الحوادث تتناول هذه الورقة البحثية دور التفاؤل غير الواقعي كمتغير نفسي له علاقة وطيدة بحوادث الـمرور، Many countries are experiencing high road deaths, according to some studies and forecasts by WHO experts who predict that road traffic injuries will increase by at least two million and 400,000 by 2030 and that the majority Of whom will be in developing countries.
