الملخص
الملخص: إن علاقة حرية الرأي و التعبير بمواقع التواصل الاجتماعي هي علاقة تماس بل ترابط و إحتكاك بالعولمة، فحرية الرأي و التعبير و مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تتجاوزان إطار الدولة و لكل منهما خصوصياته، فالأولى محكومة بفضاء إنساني و تصور قانوني، في حين أن الثانية محكومة بما هو تقني تكنولوجي، على إثر ذلك أخذت حرية الرأي والتعبير مفهوما جديد، حيث يعتقد الكثير من مستخدمي تلك المواقع أن الحرية مطلقة و لا تستطيع الدولة أن تقيدها. فحرية الرأي و التعبير و مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي تتجاوزان إطار الدولة و لكل منهما خصوصياته، فالأولى محكومة بفضاء إنساني و تصور قانوني، في حين أن الثانية محكومة بما هو تقني تكنولوجي، على إثر ذلك أخذت حرية الرأي والتعبير مفهوما جديد، حيث يعتقد الكثير من مستخدمي تلك المواقع أن الحرية مطلقة و لا تستطيع الدولة أن تقيدها وأنها منابر حرة لا تصل إليها يد القضاء Abstract The relationship of freedom of opinion and expression to social networking sites is a relationship of communication, but of interdependence and friction with globalization. The freedom of opinion, expression and social networking sites transcend the framework of the state and each of its specificities. Many of the users of these sites believe that freedom is absolute and that the state can not restrict it.
