الملخص
ملخص : ظاهرة عزوف الشباب عن الثقافة ، هي من بين الآفات التي تعتبر تحديا أمنيا بات يهدد الدول والمجتمعات، فللثقافة أهمية في الحفاظ على مقومات و رموز و هوية الأمم أمام بروز ظاهرة العولمة. حيث تعتبر الثقافة الآلية الفعالة ؛كبعد الاستراتيجي لتفعيل أجيال قادرة على استئصال المشاكل المجتمعية و الاستبصار الموضوعي العلمي للتناسق الاجتماعي و ديمومة المكونات المساهمة في بناء الأمة ، مع الحفاظ على هوية المجتمع . ويعتبر عنصر الشباب هو الفئة التي يعول عليها المجتمع و تعول عليها الدولة، و ذلك في إطار تبادل الأدوار لتسليم المشعل لمواصلة استمرارية قيام الدولة ،فإن ظاهرة العزوف الثقافي للشباب تتفشى انطلاقا من أسباب سياسية و اقتصادية و اجتماعية ،و لها تداعيات عديدة ، وهذا ما تشهده الجزائر بالموازاة مع الدول التي تعتبر القراءة و الثقافة هو الرأس المال الحقيقي للحضارة ، و خاصة مع تسارع وتيرة التحول الثقافي و الفكري و الانسلاخ الهوياتي للمجتمع الجزائري جراء العولمة بكل أبعادها .
