الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة كتوجه فعال لتحقيق استدامة القطاع السياحي بالجزائر*مشروع Prosol*

الملخص
تمثل الطاقة الركيزة الأساسية للتنمية، وذلك من خلال تلبية احتياجات الطاقة اللازمة لكل القطاعات بما فيها القطاع السياحي، فإمداداتها تشكل عاملاً أساسيًا في دفع عملية الإنتاج وتحقيق الاستقرار والنمو في الميدان الاقتصادي والاجتماعي، ممَّا يؤدي إلى توفير فرص العمل وتحسين مستوى المعيشة بصفة عامة، لذلك نُحاول من خلال هذه الورقة البحثية إبراز فعَّالية الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة كمرحلة لما بعد المحروقات وتحقيقاً للتنمية المستدامة في القطاع السياحي، حيث أنه بدمج قطاع الطاقات المتجددة وقطاع السياحة يحقق نقلة نوعية للاقتصاد الوطني، وذلك من خلال الاعتماد على تجارب دولية ناجحة كالتجربة التونسية في مشروع PROSOL. وخلصنا إلى أنَّ قطاع الطاقة في الجزائر خاصة الطاقة الشمسية تقوم بدور فعَّال في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة في القطاع السياحي، كما أنَّ إمكانات الجزائر كبيرة في مجال استغلال الطاقة المتجددة، رغم أنَّ تكلفة استخدامها ما تزال مرتفعة نسبياً، إلا أنه يتوجب على الجزائر الاقتداء بتجارب الدول الناجحة في مجال التنسيق والربط بين الطاقات المتجددة والقطاع السياحي، وأحسن مثال التجربة التونسية من خلال إطلاق مشروع بروسول، وما حققه من نتائج في مختلف القطاعات والقطاع السياحي بصفة خاصة. Energy is the cornerstone of development by meeting the energy needs of all sectors, including the tourism sector. Their supply is a key factor in driving production, stability and growth in the economic and social field, thus creating employment and improving the standard of living in general. This paper aims to highlight the effectiveness of investment in renewable energies as a stage for post-hydrocarbons and to achieve sustainable development in the tourism sector. By integrating the renewable energy sector and the tourism sector, it achieves a qualitative leap for the national economy. The adoption of the successful Tunisian Kaltejrebh international experiences in the PROSOL project. We have concluded that Algeria's energy sector, particularly solar energy, plays an active role in achieving sustainable development in the tourism sector. Algeria's potential for renewable energy is relatively high, but its cost is still relatively high. In the field of coordination and linking the renewable energies and the tourism sector, and the best example of the Tunisian experience through the launch of the project Prosul, and the results achieved in various sectors and the tourism sector in particular.
