Abstract
Nowadays, the world is undergoing a radical change; everything has become digital. Our daily life is becoming highly linked to computers and the internet; the web technologies allow us to work in collaboration and to share knowledge in a given domain. The pragmatic web became an advanced step in the Web technology. The meaning negotiation is one of the important components in the construction of this web. It is defined as a process of communication that allows the exchange of meaning in people cooperation activities for seeking an agreement.
