الملخص
ساهمت التغيرات التي عرفها النظام الدولي منذ نهاية الثنائية القطبية في تغيير إهتمامات الدول من ما هو إيديولوجي إلى ما هو إقتصادي، وتبعاً لهذا نظراً لما تتمتع به إفريقيا من مواد طبيعية مهمة وما تمثله القارة بإعتبارها سوق إستهلاكية ضخمة، أصبحت القارة تحتل مكانة متميزة في أجندات السياسة الخارجية لعد قوى دولية سواء التقليدية أو الصاعدة أو الإقليمية، والمملكة المغربية ومواكبة منها لكل هذه التحولات وسعيا منها لتعزيز علاقاتها بمحيطها الإفريقي وفتح قنوات جديدة للتواصل سنت سياسة خارجية متكاملة الأبعاد تعتمد أدوات وآليات متنوعة المجالات. وفي المجال الإقتصادي وظفت المملكة عبر دبلوماسية إقتصادية آليات وأدوات عديدة في سبيل تعميق تعاونها مع بلدان القارة من جهة، ومن جهة أخرى تحسين تموقعها على مستوى المنافسة التي تعرفها القارة من قبل القوى الدولية التي تنقسم إلى قوى تقليدية تسعى إلى تحسين تموقعها وتعزيز نفوذها في القارة، وقوى صاعدة تهدف إلى إيجاد موطأ قدم لها في القارة، إضافة إلى القوى الإقليمية التي تحاول أن تعزز نفوذها وتقوية مكانتها من خلال لعبها لدور الوسيط أو المنصة بين الدول الإفريقية والقوى الدولية. Since the end of the bipolar era, the changes introduced by the international system have contributed to change the interests of countries from ideological thought to economic one; according to this, and because of the important natural materials of Africa and what it represents as a continent of huge consumer market; it has become a continent of privileged position in the agendas of foreign policy for many international powers, whether traditional, emerging or regional; the Kingdom of Morocco keeps up all these transformations in its African region by making an effort to strengthen its relations and opening new channels of communication that planned and based the dimensions of foreign policy by integrated tools and mechanisms in a variety of fields. In the economic field, the Kingdom has employed various mechanisms and tools to deepen its cooperation with the African countries. On the other hand, it has improved its position on the level of competition with the international forces, which are divided into traditional forces seeking to improve their position and strengthen their influence on the continent. As well as regional powers that try to do the same thing by playing the role of a broker or a platform between African countries and international powers.
