أزمة اللغة العربية : الأميّة الجديدة وغياب الأمن اللغوي

الملخص
تعيش اللغة العربية اليوم أزمة معقّدة، كانت السبب في فساد الفصاحة، والبلاغة، وضرب الهوية، وقد يُعتقَد أنّ اللحن هو السبب الأساس في ذلك، ليس هذا فحسب، بل تتعاظم معه عوامل أخرى أشدّ خطرا وتأثيرا، لعلّ أهمّها: تدفّق العاميات المحلّية، والدوارج، وهيمنة اللغات الأجنبية، وتحديات العولمة الخفية والظاهرة، فضلا عن تراجع العقل العربي في فكره وتفكيره وإبداعه، وفشله في تنفيذ مخطّطاته التي رسمها لضمان بقائها واستمرارها. Title : The crisis of the Arabic language: the new illiteracy and the absence of linguistic security The arabic language live a complex crisis, it was the cause of the corruption of the eloquence and the rhetoric, and identity instability ,it may be thought that linguistic errors is the first reason. But there are other reasons are even more dangerous , for example the flow of local idiots, the domination of foreign languages , challenges of globalization, as well as the decline of the arab mind in his thought and thinking and creativity, and his failure to implement the plans he drew for survival and continuity.
