الهوية والأمن اللُّغوي في ظل العولمة.

الملخص
إنَّ المعركة الحضارية المستشرية في هذا العصر تدور على واجهات متعددة متوالجة، إنَّها معركة بين صراع الثقافات وتطاحن في الهويات وتناحر على القناعات، ثمَّ هي تقاتل على مراكز النفوذ اللُّغوي بلا هوادة، ذلك أنَّ اللُّغة هي أمُّ المرجعيات في تشييد المعمار الحضاري وفي بناء صرحه الثقافي، فلا هوية بغير ثقافة ولا ثقافة بغير لغة. ومادامت اللُّغة وعاء الهوية ولسان المواطنة وحاملةً للموروث الثقافي والحضاري، وآلةً للإنتاج المعرفي والإبداعي فإنَّ ضعف الوعي بمفهوم "الأمن اللُّغوي" وغياب الوعي بأنَّه الجوهر الأول من جواهر الهوية، وبأنَّ اِفتقاده من اِفتقاد الأمن العسكري أو الإقتصادي أو الغذائي أو المائي، فـ"الأمن اللُّغوي" عمادٌ محوري من أعمدة الأمن القومي برمَّته، ويتطلب منَّا هذا الحفاظ على لغتنا العربية والنُّهوض بها وتمكينها والعمل على أن تكون وافية بمطالب العصر متَّسعة لحاجاته وثورته المعرفية في ظل ظاهرة الكونية الثقافية المتستِّرة بعباءة العولمة واِمتداداتها. وسأتَّجه في بحثي هذا وأنا أعالج الهوية والأمن اللُّغوي إلى النُّخبة الفكرية حيث ورشات إنتاج الأفكار، وإلى النُّخبة السياسية حيث مطاهي صناعة القرار، وإلى الجمهور الذي على كواهله تنبثق الأفكار وعلى سواعده يتنزَّل القرار، مؤكداً على ضرورة التكامل فيما بينهم لنحفظ هويتنا وأمننا اللُّغوي. The civilisational battle in this age revolves around multiple interlocking facets, It is a battle between the clash of cultures and the grinding of identities and the rivalry on convictions, Then it is a relentless fighting on the centres of linguistic influence, the language is the mother of references in the construction of cultural architecture and in building its cultural heritage, there is no identity without culture or culture without language. As long as the language is the container of identity and the language of citizenship and the cradle of cultural and civilizational heritage, and a tool for cognitive and creative production, the lack of awareness of the concept of "linguistic security" , the lack of awareness that it is the first essence of the jewels of identity, and that its absence is similar to the absence of military, economic, food or water security. The "linguistic security" is pivotal pillar of national security as a whole; this requires us to preserve, advance and empower our Arabic language, and to work to be adequate to the demands of the age for its needs and knowledge, in light of the cosmopolitan phenomenon of globalization and its expansion. In my research, I will address identity and linguistic security to the intellectual elite, where the workshops of the production of ideas, And to the political elite where decision-making workshops, And to the public on whose minds the ideas emerge and on whose sleeves the decision comes down, stressing the need for integration among them to preserve our identity and our linguistic security.
