الملخص
إن التغيرات الاقتصادية والتوجه الرأسمالي أصبحا حتمية لمواكبة التطورات الاقتصادية الحديثة، وهذا التغير عرفته معظم الدول، على غرارها الجزائر التي تبنت النظام الليبرالي وذلك في بداية التسعينات وبعد صدور دستور 1989، ليتم في هذا السياق تكريس مبادئ الحرية الاقتصادية بما فيها حرية الاستثمار والصناعة في معظم نصوصها القانونية، وهذا بهدف تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية. The economic changes and the capitalism orientations has become a necessity to keep abreast of new economic development and this change has been known to the majority of countries including Algeria who adopted the liberal system since the beginning of the nineteen’s, and after the promulgation of the 1989 constitution, in this context the principles of economic freedom more precisely the freedom of investments and industry were established in the majority of it’s legal texts in a way to achieve economic development.
