The Role Of Human Capital Investment In Development

Abstract
In any society, investing in human resources is considered the most important approach to achieve the sustainable development, because human ressources are the most influential factor compared with the states-owned ones. Therefore, developing the human capital investment was the focus of interest of many reseachers and experts at macro and micro levels. This study aims to analyze the impact of the effectiveness of human capital investment through education policies.
