Economic Zones And Stage Of Competitive Develpoment Evidence From China

Abstract
Abstract: Since 1950’s, economic zones has increased sharply in the global economy, both in developed and developing countries with different types and shapes base on its goals and aims, however, many of them have failed. As a result this research paper ask whether the successful of economic zones is related the stage of competitive development. We firstly start with brief definition of this kind of zones, and then a summary of the types based on the aims of creation. Lastly, we found that a huge relationship between stage of economic development and the different types of economics zones; industrial parks, special economic zones, eco-industrial parks, technology parks and innovation district respectively. Finally,we present economic zones in China and its creations according to economic development, as an evidence to prove our theoretical finding. Jel Classification Codes : F21; F60 ; F69 الملخص: لقد انتشرت العديد من المناطق الاقتصادية على الصعيد العالمي منذ منتصف القرن العشرين في البلدان المتقدمة و الناشئة على حد سواء بمختلف اشكالها و أنماطها المتعددة على حسب الغاية منها، غير أنها لم تنجح كلها لأسباب عديدة، و عليه تحاول هذه الورقة البحثية الاجابة على اشكالية علاقة نجاح المناطق الاقتصادية بمستوى التنمية الاقتصادية و تنافسية البلد المنشئ له، فبعد عرض موجز لاهم تعاريف المناطق الاقتصادية و كذا عرض حالها في الاقتصاد العالمي، تم تحليل اشكالها و دوافع نشوء كل صنف من أصنافها من الناحية الكمية و النوعية، ثم التطرق إلى مراحل التطور، توصلنا إلى وجود علاقة طردية تصاعدية بين مراحل التنمية الاقتصادية للبلد و كل صنف من اصناف المناطق الاقتصادية على الترتيب: المناطق الصناعية المناطق الاقتصادية الخاصة، المناطق الاقتصادية الصناعية، الحضائر التكنولوجية و العناقيد الإبداعية. و أخيرا تم عرض المناطق الاقتصادية في الصين كحالة، و إسقاط النتائج النظرية عليها. الكلمات المفتاحية: المناطق الاقتصادية الخاصة، الاقتصاد العالمي، التنمية التنافسية، التنمية الاقتصادية، الصين.
